Woman attacks ex-lover with acid

Tenali Rural (Guntur): In a horrific incident, a woman attacked her lover with acid on Friday for having an affair with another woman.

The victim, identified as Venkatesh, suffered burn injuries on his face and body. According to police sources, he is being secretly treated in a private hospital.

Police said, the victim's family has not filed a case. Police officials who reached the government hospital to inquire into the incident found the victim missing.
