ACB raids ex-minister Rajaiah's Man Friday

The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) on Thursday conducted simultaneous raids at the residences of former Director of Health and Family Welfare Dr P Sambasiva Rao and unearthed assets disproportionate to his known sources of income.

The ACB officials conducted raids simultaneously at Sambasiva Rao's close aides residences in Warangal and reportedly seized the amount worth several crores.
Sambasiva Rao was the choice of former Deputy CM and Health Minister T Rajaiah for the director of health post. Later, he was sacked by the TRS Government following the unearthing of a scam in purchasing ambulances to tackle swine flu.
