73 cases registered against Mudragada Padmanabham

Vijayawada: Police have filed 73 cases on former Minister and Kapu Garjana organiser, Mudragada Padmanabham. The Kapu reservation movement turned violent with thousands of agitators turned up at Tuni on January 31.

Basing on video footage and other evidances, officials stated that 73 cases have been registered against Mudragada. Police have termed him A1 in this case and are investigating the issue. Also, Tuni railway police have filed cases against him for setting up Ratnachal Express on fire. Cases have been registered under sections 161, 162, 163 and 164 IPC.
