43rd Day Of The Historic Praja Sankalpa Yatra Concludes
Anantapur: The 43rd day of the historic Praja Sankalpa Yatra concluded here on Sunday with Leader of Opposition YS Jagan Mohan Reddy completing 605 kilometers of the padayatra.
On Sunday, the YSRCP chief met people of Madharvathanda Kadiri, Ganganapalle Cross, Kamatampalli, Kotipalli Cross, Midhivarigondi, Dornaala Nallavaripalli and Katarupalli during the padayatra. Later, he hoisted the party flag at Katarupalli. At 3:30 pm, the yatra proceeded from Katarupalli to Gandlapenta village. Lawyers of Kalyanadurgam met YS Jagan and urged him to strive for the establishment of High Court in Rayalaseema. They also presented a memento to the YSRCP leader on the occasion.
Festive Break For Padayatra
There will be no padayatra on December 25 on the occasion of Christmas, according to YSRCP state secretary Talashila Raghuram. The yatra will resume from Gandlapenta on December 26 under the leadership of YS Jagan, he added.
