4 Students Killed After Auto Hit By RTC Bus In Guntur

Guntur: Four students and the driver of an auto died after an RTC bus collided with their vehicle head-on at Repudi village of Firangipuram mandal on Thursday morning. The bus proceeding from Ponnuru to Srisailam rammed into the auto in which seven class 10 students were traveling from Vemavaram to their school in Perecharla. Four students and driver Dhanraj died on the spot.
The other three students in the auto were also seriously injured and are being treated at GGH in Guntur. The Guntur district RM Srihari visited the accident spot. A case has been booked against the RTC driver and an investigation is on.
