4 Killed, 3 Injured In Road Accident In Vizag

Visakhapatnam: A speeding truck hit a motorbike and then rammed into a roadside shop killing four persons on the spot and injuring three persons in Vishakapatnam on Wednesday.

The mishap took place at RV Nagar when a truck heading towards Chintapalle lost its control and hit a bike and then rammed into a road side shop. The four who were waiting for the bus near the road side shop were crushed under the truck and died on the spot. The deceased were identified as Krishna Kumari(50), Karri Raju(30), G. Palasundari(40) and Subramanyam Ganesh(26) and a Srilankan resident.

The injured were identified as motor cyclist Eswar Rao(35) and pillion rider Mohan Rao(34) along with another person P. Palav.

Police registered a case and sent the bodies for post mortem.
