Case Filed Against Inorbit Mall Over Charging On Parking Fees 

Hyderabad: A case was registered against Inorbit mall in Madhapur by Vijay Gopal after he was charged Rs30 for using the parking lot for five minutes.

Vijay said that malls are minting money over parking fee even if a person has few minutes stay. He filed the case on Friday at Madhapur police station. CI Kalingrao who registered the case said that they would inquire with the management of the mall.

Previously, Vijay lodged complaint against Palamuru Grill restaurant in Madhapur for overcharging on a water bottle and soft drink. The city consumer forum then imposed fine of Rs10,000. He also filed a case against INOX for charging Rs50 for a water bottle and on Ohri's restaurant for levying service tax.
